Sal's Pals - committed to finding a cure
History
Sal was diagnosed at birth (2001) with the genetic disease cystic fibrosis (CF). In order to help find a cure for CF, in 2003 a special group of family and friends came up with idea of "Sal's Pals" Charity Event. The charity event consists of dinner, entertainment, drawings, door prizes, national sponsors and live and silent auctions. The event has continuously been a sell-out with much success in part to our local and national sponsors as well as a long list of celebrities that have helped join in on our cause.

One-hundred percent of the proceeds are presented to the CF Foundation at The "Great Strides" walk-a-thon held nationally each year. Great Strides is the Foundation’s largest national fundraising event in the country. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is one of the most efficient organizations of its kind and is an accredited charity of the Better Business Bureau's Wise Giving Alliance.

The money raised by Sal’s Pals helps to support the mission of the CF Foundation.

Sal's Pals has raised over $1,200,000 in 14 years. This proves that every day people can make a difference in this world! Together we can give a future to many children, adults and families that a cure will be found for people like our little Sal.
